Submit the existing content, document, or material you would like improved. It doesn't need to be polished or organized.
Provide a little context about the project: Who is the audience? What isn't working now? What would you like the finished version to accomplish?
If you aren't sure, that's okay. We'll help you clarify the problem.
We review your material for opportunities to improve clarity, organization, structure, readability, visual hierarchy, consistency, tone, and overall presentation.
You'll receive an assessment and a recommended direction for the redesign.
Your content is rewritten, reorganized, redesigned - or a combination of all three, depending on the project.
You'll receive a redesigned version to review so you can see how the changes work together.
Review the redesigned version and let us know what you would like adjusted.
Two rounds of refinements are included with your project. Once approved, you'll receive the completed files in the agreed-upon formats.

Getting started should be easy.
Most projects are completed within 2 - 7 business days after all necessary materials have been received.
Redesign is a collaborative process.
Final formats depend on the type of project and how you intend to use the finished work.

• A brief explanation of the intended audience
• What you believe is confusing, ineffective, or outdated
• The result you want to achieve
• Any required branding, logos, colors, or guidelines
• Examples or references, if available
Larger documents, multiple web pages, presentations, or complex projects may require additional time.
Before work begins, you'll receive a clearer expectation based on your specific project.
Two rounds of refinements are included with your project.
Revisions are intended to fine-tune the approved direction - not restart the project with a different objective or scope.
If your needs change substantially during the project, we'll explain any additional work before proceeding.
